10 Minute Exercises (18+)

Tighten and tone your hips, thighs, and glutes with quick, effective exercises designed for busy schedules. Learn simple techniques to boost circulation, improve muscle tone, and increase metabolism all from home. 

Equipment Needed: resistance band is for some exercises.
