Summer Camp Program is a weekly summer camp from 7:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Rates:
3 days = $51.00
4 days = $68.00
5 days = $85.00

What forms of payment does Bronco Club accept?

Bronco Club accepts online payments through this website. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and electronic check (ACH).

  • After-school care is paid through auto-pay, which is processed weekly on Tuesday morning.
  • Summer camp fees are paid in full at the time your summer contract is approved.

We also accept cash payments, but these must be made in person at the Mustang Educational Resource Center located at 909 S. Mustang Road. Please note that payments are not accepted at school sites.

You must register and enroll your child before making any payments.

If you have questions, feel free to contact us at 405-376-7838!

Do you offer Drop-In Care?

The Bronco Club After School Childcare program does accept drop-in care if a school site can accommodate the child. The drop-in rate, for children not already enrolled in the program, is $28 per day. The request for drop-in must be approved prior to the child attending Bronco Club. We require a 3-day notice to process drop-in care requests. If you have not received a confirmation of enrollment, your child has not been approved for drop-in care.

*Current Bronco Club attendees receive a drop-in rate of $23 per day.

Bronco Club Summer Camp does not accept drop-in care.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due every Tuesday by the 11:59pm of the prior week. Late fees will be assessed on Wednesday if any account has a past due balance. Holidays and other scheduled school days off are not included in the calculation of the weekly rate. Tuition payments are made electronically through this system. Payments are no longer accepted at each school site.

What is Bronco Club's waitlist process for the Pre-K after school program?

Currently, we have 10 spots at each elementary school site. Once those spots are full, you are placed on a wait list for when a spot becomes available. You will be notified via email that you have been placed on such list. It is impossible for us to predict how quickly our waiting list will progress. Therefore, we can NOT give an approximate entry date. When a space becomes available, we will contact you to verify your spot is still needed. Every effort will be made to get in contact with you. If we are unable to connect with you within three (3) days, we will move to the next family on our list.

Our waiting list is maintained according to the date we receive your enrollment contract through this site.

At the time of acceptance into the program, your contract will be approved and you will be charged the $25 non-refundable registration fee.

What if MPS cancels school? Will Bronco Club still be open?

If Mustang Public Schools close school or cancel afterschool activities for any reason, Bronco Club is/may also be canceled. Credit adjustments for tuition will appear on the next invoice.

How are snow days/school cancellation credits applied?

Bronco Club tuition is billed to accounts on the Friday before the tuition is due. When school is cancelled, Bronco Club is also cancelled for the day. Your account will be credited for any day Bronco Club is canceled if your child normally attends Bronco Club on that day. The credit will be reflected on your next invoice.

Is Bronco Club held on Parent/Teacher Conferences days?

Because our program is administered by certified teachers, Bronco Club will be closed on the days of parent/teacher conferences. You will not be billed for tuition on these days if it is a day your child normally attends.

What is the late payment policy for the Afterschool program?

Tuition is due by 11:59pm every Tuesday prior to the week your child will attend.  Late payment fees of $20 will be applied every Wednesday.
