Participants will prepare homemade pasta dough, create flavorful fillings, and learn step-by-step techniques for rolling, filling, shaping, and cooking tortellini. Recipes include mushroom and three-cheese tortellini, with an optional spinach substitution, and Italian sausage and three-cheese tortellini finished with a homemade cream sauce.
